1125.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates the provisions of this chapter shall be charged as a fourth degree misdemeanor offense and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and may be imprisoned for not more than thirty days for each count. Each day of the violation constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 114-2008. Passed 10-27-08.)
