1125.22 SCHOOL DISTRICT PERMITS.

Public school districts shall be issued building permits at no cost for buildings they own or operate. This exception shall not eliminate the requirement of submitting plans for approval, obtaining permits for the proposed work, or penalties for failure to obtain permits or required inspections.
