1125.14 OHIO BOARD OF BUILDING STANDARDS ASSESSMENT.

The Building Commissioner, in addition to the regularly prescribed fees, shall assess, collect and remit monthly an educational assessment on behalf of the Ohio Board of Building Standards of certain permit fees for the acceptance and approval of plans, specifications and for the making of all inspections pursuant to OAC 4101:1-1-03 and OAC 4101:8-1-03.
