If the application for a permit and the plans and specifications filed therewith describe work which does not conform to the requirements of this Building Code or other pertinent laws or ordinances of the City or does not contain sufficient information, the Building Commissioner shall not issue a permit, but shall return the plans and specifications to the applicant with his refusal to issue such permit within a seven-day period from the date of refusal by the Building Board. The Building Commissioner shall give in writing such reasons for rejection as he deems sufficient. (Ord. 80-2000. Passed 12-11-00.)
