1125.03 ZONING CODE COMPLIANCE; DWELLING HOUSE CODE PROVISIONS.

All buildings erected, constructed or placed shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Zoning Code, but in the event the provisions of the Ohio Building Officials of Ohio (O.B.O.A.) One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code pertaining to structural, fire and safety regulations are more restrictive, then the provisions of O.B.O.A. Code shall control. (Ord. 80-2000.
