All embankment construction and earthwork which is required for subdivision development must comply with the requirements of the latest editions of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation “Construction and Material Specifications” which is kept on file and available for review in the City of Seven Hills’ Engineering Department and the Ohio’s Standards for Stormwater Management Land Development and Urban Stream Protection. This section includes, but is not limited to, Dust palliative for the alleviation or prevention of dust nuisance originating from earthwork construction operations from within the project construction limits.
