1121.11 MUNICIPAL OR UTILITY COMPANY EMPLOYEES’ EXEMPTION.

The provisions of this Building Code shall not apply to officials or employees of the City engaged in municipal work, or to officials or employees of public utilities engaged in such work for such public utilities as they are authorized by law to furnish or provide.
