The following provisions, to be added to the OBOA/CABO One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code are hereby enacted for the Seven Hills Building Code:
4300.1 WIRING INSTALLATION AND REQUIREMENTS.
(A) The following listed outlets and switches shall be provided:
(1) All living rooms, dining rooms, and family rooms, hallways, kitchens, bathrooms and similar areas with more than one entrance shall have the required lighting outlet(s) controlled by a wall mounted switch located adjacent to each entrance into the area.
(2) All detached garages shall be provided with:
(a) One (1) GFCI protected receptacle outlet.
(b) One (1) wall switch controlled inside lighting outlet.
(c) One (1) wall switch controlled outside light fixture at the service door.
(B) Minimum size Branch Circuit conductor to be #12
(C) All interior residential wiring to utilize copper conductors.
