Under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted for the City Chapters 4101:2-1 to 4101:2-51 of the Ohio Administrative Code, also known as the Ohio Building Code of the State of Ohio, and these standards shall be implemented and applied forthwith. The Ohio Building Code shall be enforced by and operated under the supervision of the Building Department of the City.
