(a) The minimum area of a lot used for educational and/or religious purposes shall be 25,000 square feet.
(b) On a lot used for religious and/or educational purposes the ground area occupied by buildings and other structures shall not exceed twenty-five percent of the total ground area of the lot. For the purpose of this subsection, total ground area of the lot includes the ground area of all front, side and rear yards.
(c) On a lot used for religious and/or educational purposes at least twenty-five percent of the ground area of the lot shall be developed and landscaped as planted areas. For the purpose of this subsection, the ground area of any front, side and rear yard if landscaped shall be included for determining if twenty-five percent of the ground area of the lot is developed and landscaped as planted areas.
