996.99 PENALTY.

In addition to and without restricting or limiting any other penalties imposed by this title or by law, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and each succeeding day of continued violation, after notice thereof, shall constitute a separate offense.
