(a) Except as provided in this section, all concrete, concrete block, cinder block, or pattern form concrete buildings erected within the City shall be provided with a face brick or other approved exterior finish material as listed and accepted by the Regional Dwelling House Code or Seven Hills Codified Ordinances. This exterior finish material is to cover the bare concrete, concrete block, cinder block or pattern form concrete exterior of the building.

(b) Private garages shall be excluded from the provisions of this section.
