995.09 EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR WALLS.

(a) Exterior Walls. Exterior walls shall be constructed of solid masonry, such as stone or brick, above grade. No concrete or cinder blocks shall be shown above grade.

(b) Interior Walls. All bearing walls and walls between suites shall be constructed of fireproof masonry.
