The parking area shall provide space of a minimum size of nine (9) feet by twenty (20) feet per each living unit as follows:
(a) For buildings located on main and/or through streets, parking space for two (2) automobiles.
(b) For buildings located on other than main or through streets, parking space for one and one-half (1½) automobiles.
