(a) In any district no pool room, skating rink, place for the sale of intoxicating liquor, dance hall or amusement park shall be located within four hundred (400) feet of the premises of a public school, or premises purchased for school purposes.

(b) In any use district no gasoline filling station or garage for more than four vehicles shall have any entrance or exit for vehicles on the same side of the street within two hundred (200) feet, measured along sidewalks, from any generally used entrance or exit of the premises occupied by any church, any public or denominational school, playground, hospital, library or institution for dependents or for children, except when such distance is intersected by a street or alley. The premises of such filling station or garage shall not be nearer than one hundred (100) feet from the premises occupied by any of the institutions mentioned in this paragraph, except when such distance is intersected by a street at least sixty (60) feet in width. (c) At any garage or gasoline filling station no filling appliance shall be erected within twelve (12) feet of any existing or proposed street line, unless such appliance is within a building and distant at least twelve (12) feet from any entrance or exit thereof, or unless such appliance is so arranged that service can be given only to vehicles inside the premises.
(d) Any area shown on the Zone and Thoroughfare Map as park, school, water, street, right of way or other similar open area shall be considered as being in the same district as the adjoining land.
