(a) Gasoline stations and service stations shall have a lot area of not less than forty thousand (40,000) square feet.
(b) The minimum lot width for any lot within the Automotive Service District having direct access to an arterial street as indicated on the Master Plan shall be not less than one hundred (100) feet provided:
(1) Gasoline service stations shall have not less than two hundred (200) feet of frontage on each abutting street.
(c) The height of any main or accessory building in the Automotive Service District shall not exceed thirty feet. All dormers, air conditioning units or other similar structures or equipment extending above the roof line of a building shall be provided with a solid cover, with a design conforming to the architectural style and materials of the building, and shall extend no more than ten feet above the height of the building.
