In the Broadview Road Development District, notwithstanding any other provision of this Zoning Code, the land areas occupied by main buildings shall not exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the total area of the parcel being developed; and land occupied by all buildings, drives and offstreet parking shall not exceed seventy percent (70%) of the total area of said parcel.
