Buildings in the Rockside Road Development District shall not exceed the following height limitations:
(a) Rockside Road - South.
Within 500' of south Rockside Road R.O.W. - 6 stories.
Beyond 500' of south Rockside Road R.O.W. - 3 stories.
(b) Rockside Road - North.
One story.
(c) Building mechanical equipment placed on the building roof may be allowed above the maximum height specified above, provided such mechanical space is set back a minimum of 25 feet from any exterior building wall, does not exceed ten feet in height, and is screened from view in a manner approved by the Planning Commission.
