975.04 MINIMUM DEVELOPMENT AREA.
   The minimum development area for a single project in the Rockside Road Development District shall be not loss than the following;
 
(a)   Rockside Road - South.
   Office   
3.5 acres
   Bank/Restaurant
2.0 acres
(b)   Rockside Road - North.
   Business/Office
2.5 acres.
