974.02 PERMITTED USES.

This chapter is established in order to provide regulations for areas requiring large amounts of land, and involving uses generating large volumes of traffic and serving the shopping needs of a large area. General retail businesses as provided for in Chapter 969, and office buildings as provided for in Chapter 972, will be permitted in this area.
