973.03 YARD REGULATIONS.
   (a)    Front Yards. The setback building line shall be a minimum of fifty feet.
   (b)    Side Yards. Any building on a lot in an Industrial District shall have side yards totaling at least fifty feet, with each side yard not less than twenty feet. However, where the side of a lot in an Industrial District abuts upon the side of a lot in any other zoning district, then there shall be a side yard of not less than 100 feet in width, and where the side or rear of a lot in an Industrial District abuts upon the rear of a lot in any other zoning district, then there shall be a yard of not less than seventy feet in width.
   (c)    Rear Yards. No rear yard shall be required except where the rear of a lot in an Industrial District abuts upon the side or rear of a lot in any other zoning district, then there shall be a rear yard of not less than seventy feet in depth, with no accessory building nearer than forty feet, and any accessory building must comply with the architectural design of the main building on such lot.
   (d)    Parking Yard. Off-street parking facilities shall be provided on the premises in the area of one automobile parking space for each one and one-half employees, computed on the basis of the greatest number of persons employed at any one period during the day or night. Such parking yards shall be smoothly graded, hard surfaced and adequately drained so that surface waters are not permitted to discharge over or onto public sidewalks or roadways, or onto other premises, and all such parking yards shall be behind the building line.
