For the purpose of this Chapter a general retail business is defined as an enterprise for profit for the convenience and service of, and dealing with, and accessible to the ultimate consumer, neither injurious to adjacent property or to the occupants thereof by reason of the emission of cinders, dust, fumes, noise, odors, refuse, smoke, vapor or vibration or dangerous to life or property and which does not supply another retail outlet not on the premises.
