966(B).06 SCHEDULE OF REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING WITHIN A CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.

Each dwelling unit shall have an enclosed garage providing two car places. In addition off- street parking areas shall be provided for guest parking, with a minimum of one and one-half (1 1/2) guest parking place for each dwelling unit separate from the concrete driveway.
