939.08 TIME LIMITATION OF VARIANCES.
   Whenever a variance is granted by the Board of Appeals, the Board shall have the power and authority to impose a condition of the variance that action permitted under the variance must be completed within a prescribed period of time from the date that the variance became effective or else such variance shall be null and void. Such period of prescribed time shall not be less than one year from the effective date of the variance but may be longer than one year.
