939.04 SPECIAL PERMIT.

When a special permit has been granted by the Board of Appeals, the Secretary shall forward a written notice thereof to the Commissioner of Buildings who shall incorporate the special conditions, if any, on the permit when issued. (Ord. 350. Passed 7-6-44.)
