939.02 APPEALS; FEE REQUIRED.
   Any determination by the Building Commissioner made in the enforcement of this Zoning Code or other ordinances may be appealed to the Zoning Board of Appeals by any person deeming himself or herself adversely affected by such decision. All appeals made to the Board for variances involving residential structures shall be accompanied by a fee in the amount of seventy-five dollars ($75.00), cash or certified check. All appeals made to the Board for variances involving commercial structures shall be accompanied by a fee in the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), cash or certified check. If requests for variances, either residential or commercial, involve multiple lots, a separate fee, as set forth in this section, shall be required for each lot to be affected by the proposed variance. Such fee shall be used to defray the expenses of the Board in the preparation and serving of legal notices required and other applicable expenses. (Ord. 106-1992. Passed 1-11-93.)
