The "building line" or "front yard line" is a line on or back of the street line between which and the street line no building or portion thereof, except as provided in this Zoning Code, may be erected above the grade level. The building lines, street lines and center lines of streets mentioned herein are considered vertical planes intersecting the ground on those respective lines.
