(a) The City Architect must be actively engaged and licensed in good standing in the practice of his profession in the State of Ohio for a period of at least five years prior to appointment.
(b) The City Architect shall not participate in the review of any work in which he or any partner or professional associate is the author, or in which he or they have any direct or indirect financial interest. Should such an occasion arise, the City Architect shall refrain from participating therein. (Ord. 24-2001. Passed 7-9-01.)
