There is hereby established in the City of Seven Hills the position of City Architect who shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by Council. The City Architect shall serve a one- year term. In the event the City Architect is temporarily unavailable to perform his duties, the Building Commissioner, with approval from the Mayor, may refer his duties to an Architect meeting the qualifications of Section 905.02.
