733.99 PENALTIES AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS.

Whoever violates any provision of Sections 721.01 , 729.03 , Chapter 722 , Chapter 731 or this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), and each day during or which such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
