(a) The City of Seven Hills, with the approval of the City Council, has the option to establish permit fees under this Ordinance.
(b) The fees for such permits shall be for a permit issued for a period of one (1) year. The control authority may prorate the amounts for permits with shorter durations. All permits will expire at 12:00 midnight on the date specified on the permit as determined by the City. (Ord. 27- 2007. Passed 3-26-07.)
