(a) Rubbish and garbage shall be placed on the tree lawn by 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled day of collection. Such rubbish and garbage shall not be placed earlier than 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to the scheduled date of collection for garbage and rubbish.
(b) Trash containers shall be removed promptly after collection but in no case shall remain on the tree lawn overnight after the day of collection.
(c) This section pertains and covers any type of garbage, rubbish or other type of disposable material placed for pick-up by the Service Department of the City.
(d) Any person, resident, homeowner, occupant or building contractor who violates this section is guilty of a third degree misdemeanor.
