A permit fee specified in Chapter 1125 for review, administrative, and inspection is hereby established for the construction of a sanitary sewer line made necessary by the required abandonment of septic tanks or other sewage disposal devices or equipment for each building on any street in which a sanitary sewer has been constructed. Application for such permit shall be made to the Building Commissioner on forms to be provided by him. The Building Commissioner or his designees, pursuant to Section 721.02 shall make the necessary inspections. (Ord. 17-2008. Passed 3-10-08.)
