(a) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense. Each day during which the violation shall continue shall be deemed to be a separate offense. (Ord. 2-1963. P assed 3-25-63.)
(b) Whoever violates any provision of Section 707.051 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. The imposition of one penalty for any violation shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue, and all such persons shall be required to correct or remedy such violations within a reasonable time. Each day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
