707.03 MASTER STREET TREE PLAN ADOPTED.
   There is hereby adopted for the City a Master Street Tree Plan public document showing varieties or species of all trees to be planted in the public right of way including, but not limited to, the tree lawn right-of-way of residential property, of all streets within the City. The Plan is contained under separate cover attached to this chapter (Ordinance 2-1963, passed March 25, 1963) and incorporated in this chapter by reference as if fully set forth therein. No person shall hereafter plant, transplant or move any public tree including, but not limited to, the tree lawn right-of-way of residential property, on or to any street of the City, except to a location where it will be in conformation to the Master Street Tree Plan and the species or variety therein designated unless authorized by the Service Director. The Service Director shall be allowed to use funds from the Tree Fund (211) to plant trees in the public right-of-way including, but not limited to, the tree lawn right-of-way of residential property of all streets within the City.
