Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense, and each opening or cut made by such person shall constitute a separate offense.
