703.01 APPROVED CONTRACTOR REQUIRED.

No person other than a duly authorized agent of the Municipality or an approved contractor shall make any opening in or cut or remove any curb or curbing in any of the streets, boulevards, avenues, or public thoroughfares in the Municipality.
