702.07 CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS ORDERED BY COUNCIL.

If Council is desirous of having improvements made to sidewalks within the City, such procedure will be in accordance with the applicable State statutes as to sidewalk assessment. (Ord. 43-1978. Passed 7-10-78.)
