(a) The Director of Public Service and Properties is hereby authorized to request that core tests be taken of all sidewalk installations that he deems necessary in order to ascertain that such sidewalk installations have met the specifications and requirements of the City before acceptance by the City.
(b) The expense of the core tests to be taken shall be borne by the permit applicant. (Ord. 43-1978. Passed 7-10-78.)
