702.05 PLANS; APPROVAL.

(a) The Director of Public Service and Properties before issuing such permit, may require the permittee to submit detailed plans, profiles and specifications for such work as well as a topographical map for examination and approval by a consulting engineer to be selected by the City.

(b) The permittee shall pay the consulting fee of the engineer.
