701.05 BARRICADES AND WARNING SIGNS.

Any person who performs any of the acts or work referred to in C. O. 701.02 of this chapter shall maintain to the satisfaction of the Engineer and Chief of Police, barricades, warning signs, lights or other proper safety precautions during the entire period that the acts or work referred to in C. O. 701.02 is being done.
