554.08 LABORATORY FACILITIES.

(a) An abortion service shall maintain on its premises a clinical laboratory. The laboratory shall be qualified to perform urinalysis, hematocrit and other hematological tests including cross-matching and determinations of blood group and Rh type.

(b) The abortion service shall maintain on its premises an X-ray unit for performing pre and post-operative examinations.
