(a) All installations of liquefied petroleum gas equipment including such equipment installed at utility gas plants, shall be reasonably safe to persons and property. Liquefied petroleum gas installations which conform to the applicable provisions of this Code shall be deemed to be reasonably safe to persons and property. On matters not covered in this Code or in other laws or regulations legally in effect, conformity of liquefied petroleum gas installation to applicable standards specified shall be evidence that such liquefied petroleum gas installations are reasonably safe to persons and property.
(b) Where piping is installed that may be used for natural gas, such piping and fittings shall meet all requirements for strength and testing as set forth in the "Recommended Practices for Installing Natural Gas Piping Systems, East Ohio Gas Company, Part of Consolidated Natural Gas System", current edition, and any revision thereto.
