(a) Smoking is prohibited in City Hall, the Police Department, the Service Department Garage, and the Recreation Complex with no exceptions.
(b) Smoking is prohibited at the main entrances (North entrances) of both City Hall and the Police Station. Smoking is permitted at the East entrance of City Hall and the West entrance of the Police Station.
(c) Whoever violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
