Under provisions of Ohio R.C. 3743, there is adopted by the City, for the purpose of regulating fireworks display/s, NFPA Code 1123, NFPA Code 1124, NFPA Code 1126 and their indexes. A complete copy of such Code shall be kept on file at the office of the Clerk of Council and the City of Seven Hills Division of Fire, Fire Prevention Bureau Office. The Clerk of Council shall keep copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
