(a) Fancy. Pigeons that are raised primarily for the use of being shown in competition during pigeon shows and fairs.
(b) Utility. Pigeons that are raised primarily for food.
(c) High Flying. Pigeons that are raised primarily to be flown in high flying competition.
(d) Racing. Pigeons that are raised primarily for the use of being flown in long distance flying competition (in organized club competition).
(e) Common Pigeons. Common pigeons (not banded pigeons) shall not be permitted.
