507.10 SHOOTING AND TRAPPING HOMING PIGEONS.

No persons, not being the owner thereof, shall shoot, kill, maim or entrap a domestic pigeon if it has the name of the owner stamped upon its wing or tail, or has a band with the owner's name, initials or a number on its leg.
