(a) Whoever, being an adult, violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provided under the individual sections of this chapter.
(b) Whoever, being a minor, violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court law and procedure (Ohio R.C. Chapter 2151).
(c) A court may prohibit any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter from riding a bicycle for any period up to six months.
(d) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter may be punished by having his or her bicycle impounded for any period up to five days.
