373.15 RECKLESS OPERATION OF SKATEBOARDS.
(a)    No person shall ride or operate a skateboard without due regard for the safety and rights of pedestrians and/or other skateboard operators or vehicular traffic so as to create a risk of physical harm to the operator, persons, or any other person or property, lawfully in or on public or private property.
(b)    No person shall ride or operate a skateboard at a speed greater than that which is reasonable and prudent.
(c)    Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Whoever, being a minor, violates the provisions of this section shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court Law and Procedures, Ohio Revised Code Chapter 2151.
