(a) No person shall operate a skateboard on a sidewalk or other paved area in any general retail business district in the City.
(b) No person shall operate a skateboard on a sidewalk or other paved area within the City which has been posted by a sign prohibiting such activity.
(c) Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Whoever, being a minor, violates the provisions of this section shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court Law and Procedures, Ohio Revised Code Chapter 2151.
